Hey everyone!
We've came to the end of the series and the final nailpolish from Essie to review is Watermelon.
Fotoğraflarda rengin neden bu kadar neon ve cırtlak çıktığını anlamış değilim, oysa ki her zamanki gibi gün ışığını kullandım. Son fotoğraf daha gölgelik bir yerden, gerçek tonuna daha yakın.
Rengi içinde bolca pembelik bulunduran bir kırmızı. Nar çiçeği denemez çünkü çok daha koyu. İlla ki kırmızı mı pembe mi diye seçim yapmak gerekirse kırmızı derim. Adı gibi, tam bir karpuz rengi.
Rengi tahmin ettiğimden daha farklı çıkmasına rağmen beğendim, kuruma hızı da beni şaşırttı. Kırmızı türevi ojeleri sürerkenki zorluğu yaşamadım. Muadili bulunabilir bir renk ama bence tavsiye edilmeyecek bir tarafı yok. Bu renklerle aranız iyiyse, kesinlikle seveceksiniz demektir!
I honestly don't have any idea about the neon-ish color that appears on the photos. It's not neon at all. I used natural daylight as always, I don't know what's the deal but anyways, the final photo is closer to its real color.
It's a red with tons of pinks in, which makes it hard to describe but if you really wanna choose one between main colors, I'd call it red.
The color's different than I expected but I actually like it. It dries so fast and application is easier in accordance to other red polishes. Not a unique, non-dupable shade but if you're into reds and pinks, then you'll like this.
