I'm soooooo excited and sooooooo happy cuz the Naked 3 palette that I ordered has just ARRIVED! Yaaaaay!
I won't even be talking about the impatience that I felt not to try this palette while I'm taking the photos!

I'm proud that I'm the first Turkish blogger reviewing this palette:)

Surely, after all the long distance inter-continental trip, I put my precious palette on furs and put her(she's a girl, obviously, you know.) tiara on!

Palet, karton bir kutunun içerisinde geliyor. Üzerinde altın rengi kabartmalı Naked 3 yazısı, alt kısımda içindeki farların editoryal fotoğrafları ve isimleri, arkada fırçanın ve içerisinde deneme boy primer potion'ların fotoğrafları mevcut. Yandaysa yine altın rengi kabartmadan Naked 3 yazısı ve Urban Decay logosu bulunmakta.

The palette comes in a carton box. It has Naked 3 writing on top, with gold embossed letters, the editorial photos of the eyeshadows and their names at the bottom, the photo of brush and sample size primer potions on the back, same Naked 3 writing and the Urban Decay logo on the side.

İçinden hepsi 1'er hafta yetecek büyüklükte 4 çeşit primer potion çıkıyor Orjinal olan, ışıltılı Sin, mat Eden ve Anti-Aging. Primer potionları aşırı merak edip hiç almaya elim gitmemişti, buna o kadar sevindim ki!

These primer potion samples will last one week each. There are 4 types; Original one, shimmery Sin, matte Eden and Anti-Aging. I was dying to try out primer potions but never ordered one, this is a huge gift for me!

Palet inanılmaz güzel bir rose gold renginde; zaten farların konsepti de rose gold renkler, birazdan göreceksiniz. Üzerinde dalga şeklinde kabartmalar var. Yine metal kalem kutusu şeklinde dizayn edilmiş. Altın rengi yazıların hepsi kabartma, pakette olduğu gibi. Arkasında da her Urban Decay ürününde mutlaka bulunan, mottosu ve telifli sahibi olduğu slogan olan "Beauty with an edge" yazılı.

Palette is in a gorgeous rose gold color. The eyeshadows're in the rose gold line too, you'll see in a minute. It has embossings like waves on the palette. The gold writing are also embossed. It's designed like a metal pencil case. At the back, it says "Beauty with an edge" which is a slogan and trademarked motto of Urban Decay.

İçinden bu iki taraflı fırça çıkıyor. Daha denemedim ama oldukça sağlam bir fırça, ayrıca çok da zarif.

It comes with this dual-ended brush. I haven't tried yet but it is a good quality brush and so elegant.

İlk bakışta hemen anlaşıldığı üzere, gayet soğuk ve pembe alt tonlu bir palet. Naked serisinin en soğuk tonlu olanı olduğu biliniyor zaten. İçerisinde 12 far var, 3'ü mat. Ayrıca paletin aynası oldukça büyük ki buna bayıldım. Fotoğrafta aynada jelatini duruyor, o yüzden o şekilde buzlu.

As you can recognize at the first sight, it's a very cool toned and pink based palette. It's known that this is the most cool-toned palette among all the Naked series. Moreover, it has a huge mirror which I really like. There's a protective layer which I didn't peel off on the photo.

The photos above were taken under the natural day light. They are so close to the real appearance of colors.

Üsttekilerse yapay mavi alt tonlu ışıkta çekilmiş halleri. Gördüğünüz gibi yapay ışıkta daha natural toprak tonlarında gözüküyorlar. Bence ikisi de ayrı güzel, ama orjinal tonları muhteşem tabi ki.

Photos above were taken under cool-toned studio lights. It looks more natural/earth toned rather than pink under artificial light. I think both appearances are really good, but the original colors are amazing as always.

Aşağıda göreceğiniz swatchların hepsi tek sürüşte elde edilen sonuçlar. Yani tüm paletin pigmentasyonu o kadar mükemmel ki tek dokunuş tüm rengi almaya yetiyor. Bu paletin sıfatları arasında "pigmentasyon kraliçesi" kesinlikle yerini almalı.

The swatches that you'll be seeing below are the results of only single swipe each. The pigmentation is so amazing that you don't need more to get the actual color. This palette should be defined as the "queen of pigmentation".

-STRANGE

Mat, ten rengi bir far olan Strange, paletin en açık rengi. Mac'in Brule'sinin aynısı. Çok iyi bir göz kapağı eşitleme ve aydınlatma rengi.

Strange is a matte, skin colored shade which is the lightest color of the palette. It's the same color with Mac's Brule. Great color to even out the skin tone on the eyelid and to highlight.

-DUST

Dust, paletin en çok dökülme yapan ve en büyük sim parçacıklarına sahip rengi. Garip bir şekilde sevdim, pembe ve büyük simli bir farı sevebileceğimi tahmin etmezdim. Ama ben de yabancı bloggerların yorumlarına katılıyorum; paletin en zayıf halkası bu far.

Dust is the one that has the most falL-outs and biggest sparkles. I weirdly liked it, I could never guess that I'd like an eyeshadow color like this. But I agree with the other reviewers; this one is the weakest link of the palette.

-BURNOUT

Açık pembeyle açık şeftali arasında olan bu farın ışıltısını çok yerinde ve yeterli buldum ve bu yüzden de çok sevdim. Biraz daha ışıltılı olsa çok ucuz görünebilirdi, tam kararında bırakmış Urban Decay.

I really liked this pinkish light coral color eyeshadow cuz the amount of the shine that it has is so controlled. If it was a bit more shinier, it would look disasterous.

-LIMIT

Kirli gül kurusu renginde olan bu mat fara gerçekten bayıldım! Hem aşırı pembe değil, hem doğal, hem de mat, harika bir seçim, cidden.

I looooved this color. It is dusty rose color, not so pink, matte, natural, AMAZING!

-BUZZ

Palette en sevdiğim renklerden biri kesinlikle Buzz. Pembeliği, ışıltısı, duruşu... Gerçekten çok bir şey söylememe gerek yok, inanılmaz bir renk.

This shade's one of my favs in the palette. Pinkness, shimmer, style...I really don't need to say more, it is PERFECT.

-TRICK

Trick, pembe bir altın rengi. Daha çok altın rengi olması ağır basıyor tabi, ama pembeliği hissedilir ölçüde. Oldukça parlak ve sıcak bir renk. Hatta paletteki tek sıcak renk diyebilirim. Çok iyi bir seçim, yine, yeniden.

Trick is a pinkish gold shade. It's more on the gold side but the pinkness is visible. Really shimmery and a warm shade-actually it is the only warm shade in the palette. Great choice, again.

-NOONER

Diğer bir mat renk olan Nooner, kirli pembeyle sütlü kahverengi arasında. Aynı Limit'e bayıldığım gibi, buna da bayıldım. Muhteşem bir dış V rengi, aynı zamanda geçiş farı.

Another matte shade, Nooner, is somewhere between dusty rose and pale coffee brown. Just as I adored Limit, I adored Nooner too. Great transition color, also outer V shade.

-LIAR

Liar, pembe alt tonlu ışıltılı bir taupe. İçerisindeki kahverengilik de belirgin. Çok değişken bir renk bence, göz kapağında inanılmaz güzel duruyor.

Liar's a pink under-toned taupe. It has visible amount of brown in it. Very versatile color, it looks amazing on the eyelid.

-FACTORY

Pembesi bol bir koyu kahverengi olan Factory, göze uygulandığında daha kahverengi duruyor. Yani swatch pembemsi gözükse de oldukça kahverengiye dönük bir renk. Ben bunu tüm göz kapağıma uygulayıp dağıtarak smokey bir görüntü yakalamak için kullanacağım, çok çok çok sevdim.

Factory looks more pinkish on the swatch than it's on the eye. It's actually heavily brownish shade. I'm planning to create a smokey eye look with this, loved loved loved it!

-MUGSHOT

Mugshot, swatchta göründüğünden çok daha küllü bir renk. Griye çalan bir yapısı var, oldukça soluk. O kadar özgün bir renk ki daha önce hiç bir yerde görmedim desem yalan olmaz. Palette çok başarılı bulduğum renklerden biri.

Mugshot is actually more greyish than it shows up on the swatch. Pale, muted brown with a shimmer I would say. It's a very unique color, never seen anything like this before. Another amazing color from the palette.

-DARKSIDE

İşte bu harika bir renk (sanki diğerleri değildi)! Grimsi, mavimsi, taupe'umsu, hafif ışıltılı koyu bir renk. O kadar güzel ki bakmaya doyamıyorum, her gün kullansam bıkmam!

This is, ladies and gentleman, an ammmazing color (as if the other were not). It's greyish, blueish, taupeish, shimmery dark color. It's soooo beautiful that I wouldn't get bored if I used it everyday.

-BLACKHEART

Blackheart, paletin siyah kontenjanı olan bir renk. Lakin, tam siyah değil. Çok çok koyu bir kahverengi ve içinde kızıl/bakır ve altın ışıltılar var. Bu tarz koyu renkleri ne kadar çok sevdiğimi bildiğinizi tahmin ediyorum, eridim! İkinci fotoğraf direkt güneş ışığında çekilmiştir, parlaklığın net gözükmesi için.

Blackheart is supposed to be black shadow of this palette but it's not black. It so dark brown which is looooveeely, and it has red and gold sparkles in it. You all know how much I love these kind of colors. AMAZED!


Evet, tüm palet bu şekilde. Ben, çok net söyleyebilirim ki, bu palete verdiğim her kuruşa değdi. Beklememe de tabi ki. Biliyorum ki kozmetik yasağı yüzünden bulmak hiç de kolay değil bu paleti, ama satan bir çok yer var. Eğer belirli bir miktar parayı gözden çıkarabilirseniz aldığınıza çok memnun olacağınız bu paleti edinebilirsiniz.

Bence Urban Decay bu paletle, Naked 1 ve 2 ile aldığı şöhretini, çok daha üst seviyeye çıkarmış. Harika bir kalite, kelimelerle anlatamıyorum bile. Renklerin özgünlüğü, pigmentasyon gücü, yumuşaklık, hepsi muhteşem. Bu paleti alabilme imkanınız varsa, şartları zorlamak pahasına da olsa, alın derim. Hatta kesin alın. Mutlaka alın.

All in all, in my opinion, Urban Decay took its existing fame to whole another point with this palette. Amazing quality, pigmentation, colors, everything. IT'S DIVINE! You MUST get this palette. Seriously.

NARS Goodbye Emmanuelle Ruj-Guy Bourdin Koleksiyonu//NARS Goodbye Emmanuelle Lipstick-Guy Bourdin Collection

Bu postu yazarken bile heyecanlanıyorum, harika bir seçimle aldığım bu ruju anlatmadan önce kolesiyonla ilgili bir kaç sey söylemek istiyorum.

Koleksiyon daha Türk bloggerlar arasında bilinmezken gizlice internete sızan bir kaç fotoğrafla beraber haberdar olmuş ve aşırı bir heyecanla beklemeye başlamıştım. Özellikle, herkesin sonradan güzelliğinin farkına varıp sınırlı sayıda olanlardan almaya çalıştığı üzere, One Night Stand allık paleti ilk hedefimdi. Türkiye'ye geldiği sabah Sephora'ya ışınlanıp paleti ilk swatchlayan insan oldum ve açıkçası biraz hayalkırıklığına uğradım Evet görünüşü harika, muhteşem Nars kalitesi yine, ama 6 renkten 4'ünün tıpkısı bende var, birinin çok benzeri var, kalan bronzer da zaten hiç kullanmayacağım bir renk. İlk yayınlanan fotoğraflarda, elimdekilere bu kadar benzediğini farketmemiştim, farketsem bu kadar beklemezdim çünkü bende olan renkler bir arada diye 155 lira vermezdim, vermedim de.

Ama tabi ki, koleksiyonda beni heyecanlandıran sadece allık paleti değildi. Rujlara ve ojelere içim gitmişti, ama paleti alacağım için onları alamayacaktım. Paleti almaktan vazgeçince, bütçemi ruja ayırmaya karar verdim. Goodbye Emmanuelle, gördüğüm an vurulduğum ve beni yanıltmayacak kadar net bir şekilde bana hitap eden bir rujdu. Swatch bile yapma gereği duymadım, anında aldım. İyi ki almışım, bu koleksiyondan alınabilecek en iyi parça kesinlikle bu ruj. Ojelerden pembe olanda gözüm vardı ama bir ojeye o parayı vermek istemediğime karar verip vazgeçtim.

I'm so excited while I'm writing this post, but before hand, I'd like to say something about this collection.

Before all the hype around this collection between Turkish bloggers, I was aware of this collection's existence via some photos that leaked to internet. Especially the blush palette, One Night Stand-which has created a huge demand even if it's limited edition- was in my dreams till it came. I was the first person who swatched the palette when it arrived to Turkey, and I was a bit disappointed. Yes it has an amazing Nars quality but I had the identical colors in my collection with the 4 of them, the one was so similar that I already had, and the bronzer was the shade that I'd never use. So, I wouldn't purchase it for 155 liras when I have them all.

But of course, it was not the only product that I was so excited about. I really loved the lipsticks and nail polishes but I was not gonna buy due to the purchase of the palette. When I cancelled it, I canalized my money to the lipstick purchase. Goodbye Emmanuelle is the one that I fell in love with at first sight, which is totally me, totally perfect pink for me, totally amazingness, totally everything. I  didn't even swatch, just purchased it. I think, this is the best product that you can buy from this collection. I also wanted the pink nail polish but I decided that I don't wanna spend that much money on a nail polish.

Bilmeyeniniz olabilir, bu koleksiyon yurtdışında oldukça tartışmalı oldu. Zira Guy Bourdin, kadını nesnelleştirme, aşağılama ve düşük seviyede gösterme düsturunu fotoğrafçılığında benimsemiş bir sanatçı. Nars'ın nasıl olur da böyle biriyle collaboration yapabileceği çok tartışıldı. Açıkçası, feminizmi akademik düzeyde çalışan biri olarak söylüyorum ki (yani olaya subjektif bakmama rağmen), Nars'ın bu hareketi hiç de şaşırtıcı değil. İngilizce argoya ya da erotik dile çok hakim olmayanlar farketmeyebilir ama Nars'ın neredeyse tüm ürünleri spekülatif, sansasyonel ve seksi çağrıştırıcı şekilde dizayn ediliyor. Yoksa ben bu işi bir ruja bağlayacak kadar küçültemem. Çok daha ayrı yerlerde aranması gerekiyor suçlunun kısacası, bu raddeye gelene kadar. Bu kısma girmeden özellikle kenarından dolaşıyorum çünkü çok derinlere ineceğim durmazsam, sıkıcı olabilir.

You may or may not know that this collection has created a huge debates due to Guy Bourdin's style a a photographer. He is being accused by humiliating and degrading women in his works. As a feminist scholar-to-be, I don't care at all. This act of Nars is not surprising at all, you all know the names of Nars' products which includes lots of sexuality referrence. Guy Bourdin was a perfect match with Nars' this attention policy, so I took it so normal. I just lay back and pity him because of his works, that's all. We can't reduce the whole women's issue to the lipstick point of view, this is too simplistic. I just loved the collection, this's all that matters.

Evet bu kadar uzun uzadıya anlatımdan sonra gelelim ruja. Paketlemesi gördüğünüz gibi normal Nars paketlemesinin dışında, kenarları kırmızı, üzerinde de Guy Bourdin logosu var.

After all that jazz, I'll skip to the lipstick, finally. The packaging, as you can see, is different from regular Nars packaging. The sides are red and in the front it has a Guy Bourdin logo.

Bir dakikalık saygı duruşu rica ediyorum bu renk için. Bu nasıl harika bir pembedir? Mavi alt tonlu pembeler ve ben birbirimiz için yaratılmışız, evet, ama bu ideal, daha ötesi yok. Nars, pembe konusunda zirveyi görmüştür benim için bu rujla.

I'd like you to stand up for a moment of silence for this color. How amazing the pinkness of it is? The blue-based pinks and I are always meant to be together, but this one is the ideal. Nars got to the peak point of pinks for me with this product.

It has a wet finish, it looks amazingly sweet that I can't even explain. It can go with everything, but no other can pass it. Your eye make-up or blush can never be more "out there" than this, they can never get more attention than this lipstick no matter how strong they are. It is perfect characteristic product. If you love pinks, definitely get this NOW. If you don't like pinks, definitely get this NOW. And if you hate pinks, run and get one before it's out of stock. 

It's 70 liras. If you don't get one, you'll probably feel the regret of losing this product forever.

Ufak Bi' Mac Alışverişi//Tiny Mac Haul

Mac'e bu gidişim ihtiyaç dahilindeydi, annemin all-time favourite ruju olan Kinda Sexy'si bitmişti, benim de Mac'e gitmek canıma minnet, hemen almaya gittim. Tabi ki sadece onunla dönmedim, kendime de bir süredir aklımda olan Creme Cup'ı aldım.

Bu arada makinam yanımda değildi o yüzden fotoğrafları telefonla çekmek zorunda kaldım kusura bakmayın.

Good morning!

This time, the trip to Mac was out of necessity. My mom was out of her all-time favourite lipstick Kinda Sexy and I took this chance to go to Mac, again. For sure, I didn't end up buying the target product and turn back, yet I got Creme Cup for myself which I've been thinking about purchasing for quite some time.

Btw, I didn't have my camera with me so I had to take photos with my phone, sorry about that.

I'll be reviewing the recent purchase of mine from Mac, Currant Lip Liner, in this post.

Media'yı ne kadar sevdiğimi, hayatımın bir kaç olmazsa olmaz rujundan biri olduğunu biliyorsunuz. Media'yı incelediğim şu postumda da söylediğim gibi, ruju aynı renkte bir lip liner'la kullanmıyordum ve bir sorun yaşamıyordum. Ancak, onun renginde bir kalemimin olmadığını da belirtmiştim. Yani bulsam anında yapışacaktım ki öyle oldu.

You know that Media is one of my ultimate favs, a must-have for me. I mentioned in this review post that I was using Media without any lip pencil and I was experimenting no issues accordingly. But, I also said that I had no lip pencil in the same exact color with Media. I would passionately bought it if I saw one, and it happened eventually.

Bu dudak kaleminin rengi Media'nın renginin tamamen aynısı. Birbirleri için üretildiklerini düşünüyorum hatta. Daha önce Mac'te hiç dikkatimi çekmemiş olması da çok ilginç aslında. Çünkü koyu bordomsu bir dudak kalemi olarak Nightmoth'u almayı düşünüyordum, o amaçla girmiştim zaten ve bunu görünce ondan anında vazgeçtim. Media'yla beraber uygulandığında zaten harikalar yaratıyor ama tek başına kullanımda da mükemmel gözüküyor, hele hele üzerine şeffaf bir gloss sürerseniz tarif edilemez şıklıkta bir koyu bordo dudak görünümüne sahip oluyorsunuz. Tarzınız bu yönde değilse, koyu dudak ürünleri sevmiyorsanız tabi ki tavsiye etmiyorum ama kırmızı, bordo skalada dolaşmaktan hoşlanıyorsanız bunu gözünüz kapalı alın derim. Hele Media'nız varsa, tereddüt bile etmeyin almakta.

The color of this lip liner is identical with Media. I really think that they were produced to complement each others. It's weird for me not to come across before in Mac till now. Cuz I was gonna buy Nightmoth to fill my appetite for dark burgundy lip liner, but I saw this first and totally left Nightmoth aside. It's amazing when you use it with Media but also it's perfect on its own too, and if you apply a clear gloss on top, you'll have a divine burgundy lips which will grab everyone's attention. If your style is not on the track of dark lips, I surely don't recommend this to you but if you like reds, burgundies, dark plums, you should definitely go for this one. If you have Media, don't ever waste one more second without buying this lip liner.

İnceleme: Balmi Lip Balm// Review: Balmi Lip Balm

Hey everyone;
I'll be reviewing Balmi Lip Balms in this post, which happens to be a dupe for EOS Lip Balms. It can be found in Watsons stores in Turkey.

Gördüğünüz gibi şekli küp, yani EOSler gibi küremsi değil. Maddesi hafif silikonumsu, kadifemsi yumuşak bir türde. Kırmızı olan ahududu aromalı, ben gittiğimde beyazı ve pembesi de vardı, çilek ve hindistan cevizi, ama sanırım bir rengi daha var.

As you can see, it's cube rather than globe-like as EOS ones are. The material of packaging is quite silky and soft. The red one which I own is raspberry scented, there were two more colors-pink and white(strawberry and coconut) but I think there is one more color which I didn't see there.

EOS'e benzeyen kısmını ise ürünü açınca görüyoruz. Her ne kadar tam aynısı olmasa da dizayn mantığı aynı şekilde düşünülnüş. Öncelikle, kokusunun inanılmaz güzel olduğunu söylemem gerek. Ahududu kokusunu zaten çok severim ama bazen fazlaca yapay olabiliyor bu tarz ürünlerde, bunda öyle değil. Buram buram ahududu kokusunu alıyorsunuz.

The EOS-like part is the product itself, eventhough it's not identical, the mentality of design is the same. First of all, the scent is literally amazing. I already adore raspberry scent but sometimes it becomes overwhelming and artifical but this one doesn't have that issue.

Dahası, nemlendirmesi harika. Ürün fazlaca yumuşak olduğu için çabuk bitme ihtimali olsa da o yumuşaklık harika bir nemlendirme sağlıyor. İlk sürdüğüm anda dudaklarımın yumuşacık olduğu hissetmeye başladım. Gerçekten çok severek kullandım ve elim sürekli bu ürüne gitti ilk günden. Hala da gün içinde sürekli dudaklarıma uyguluyorum.
